Construction of the Largest Aquarium Tunnel in the City of Shiraz in Iran - باد صبا

به گزارش باد صبا، Tourismonline:The executive operations of Shiraz Aquarium project with a credit of 3,600 billion Rials was started by a Turkish investor in Derak Mountain Park. The construction of this aquarium has started from the floor and will progress to the ceiling and walls. As the biggest aquarium tunnel in Iran, it will host a higher variety of aquatic animals than other aquariums.

Thirty-two aquariums have been built by this company in the world. The executive operations of the Shiraz Aquarium project with a credit of 3,600,000,000,000 Rials started in an area of 6,000 square meters and constitutes a two-story building covered with a shed structure with a height of 8 meters and the infrastructure of 4100 square meters in Derak Mountain Park.

This project has 43 aquariums and terrariums, a 40-meter sea tunnel, coffee shop, play areas, and photo gallery of animal species including 6 thousand animals from 120 different species including freshwater and saltwater aquatic species, all kinds of sharks, turtles, and other unique aquatic species. The volume of water is 1500 tons and the investment model is based on BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer of the project to the municipality to be carried out by Oghyanoos Iranian Kish Company).

Appreciating the foreign investor of this project, Mohammad Hassan Asadi said in the opening ceremony of Shiraz Aquarium project: In this place, we are witnessing the start of the aquariums construction operations, as a different tourism and entertainment project.

Asadi continued to say: The building of this project will be constructed by the municipality and the items needed for this project are provided by the investor partner in cooperation with Shiraz Municipality.

The Turkish investor also stated: We have more than 30 years of experience in making aquariums and we have built aquariums all over the world, with Shiraz aquarium being the result of our 30 years of experience in terms of aesthetics and size.
